I was roaming in Salad section and there I found some very nice, easy to cook and nutrition rich food recipes. I will definitely try “Chickpeas, Red Kidney beans & Feta Cheese Salad”.
However, in Breakfast Section, you have used Eggs in some of recipes. My question is, in UK, do Egg eaters falls in Vegetarian category? 😀 😛
Dear Parveen
Yes, a diet containing eggs and vegetable is still vegetarian and those who follow this come under the category of Lacto-ovo vegetarian as I have specified in my profile. Egg is considered to be a vegetarian product since its hatched before the birth. But of course, it’s open to debate and personal choice of an individual
