Siri started blogging in Aug 2007 and within just 4 years manages another blog simultaneously ‘’365 Days of Siri’’ (this was her Project 365 blog for year 2011). Now, she posts non-foodie and occasional photographs on it. In her own words ‘’ When I was going through a rough time in my life, food was something that made me feel better. If there was something to look forward to at that time, then that were my cooking experiments. It basically took my mind off the problems I was facing and embraced me with lots of love.’’ Well Siri, I guess that’s this like mind which brings us all together in this Blogging world J
When I asked her favourites from her blog posts, it was a hard one for her (ought to be J!!). She gave this recipe of Chile Relleno with home-made Tomato Sauce as her most loved one, her favourite cuisine being Mexican and Mediterranean. This recipe was featured in ”The Basics” as well. After Chile Releno, pita bread with hummus & olive oil w/ garlic is her favourite dish. My favourites from her blog goes to :
Savory French Breakfast Muffins
Chana Daal Wadi ki Kadhi

Meatless Nargisi Kofte
I have bookmarked many of her recipes, and sincerely hope to have more in this en devour. Off to the Recipe now 🙂
