    We were introduced to this veggie after my dad got diabetes and apparently its a really good and filling veggie for people on a food diet. My mom usually prepares it with toor dal, again good in proteins. I like this soya chunks preparation style.
    And I totally agree with u on how I also forget to add crucial details when I actually post the recipe of which I might have been thinking all the time until I write it up 😉
