My brother loves noodles a lot and he can eat it at any time of the day. Unfortunately, I don’t like noodles much since I had eaten them a lot during my hostel days. He was the reason I tried to make this cutlet. It is different from the regular cutlet which we eat like aloo tikki or vegetable cutlet etc.b

This noodle cutlet is not made with potatoes and I have used gram flour instead of maida. As we know gram flour is a great source of protein which makes this recipe tasty as well as healthy too. This is an easy recipe and takes about 25 minutes to prepare.
